I finally got my hands on the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P here in the United States! After months of searching, questionable listings, and ridiculously inflated prices, I took a chance ordering the Pocket 4P Vlog Combo from Amazon Germany. Did I actually get what I ordered? Let’s find out.

If you’ve been following my content, you know how much I love the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. That little camera completely changed the way I create content. It made filming in public less intimidating, gave me more freedom to experiment, and helped me stop making excuses about why I wasn’t creating.

Now, after years of using the Pocket 3, I’m finally getting my hands on its newer sibling.

In this video, I’m unboxing the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo, checking out the included accessories, sharing my experience ordering internationally, and giving you my first impressions as someone who’s spent years creating with the Pocket 3.

We’re taking a look at the FrameTap, microphone, fill light, and other accessories before powering up the camera for the very first time.

This isn’t a technical review or a camera comparison. It’s my genuine first experience with a camera I’ve been trying to get my hands on for a while.

And if the Pocket 3 taught me anything, it’s that you don’t always need the biggest, most expensive camera setup to create great content. Sometimes you just need something that makes you want to get out and shoot.

I’m excited to see where this one takes me.

What I Carry When I Can’t Carry a Gun | Travel EDC Abroad

What does my EDC look like when carrying a firearm isn’t an option?

I’m currently in Togo, West Africa, where my everyday carry looks very different from what I normally carry back home in the U.S. Instead of my usual firearm setup, I’ve built my EDC around the things that actually make sense for where I am and what I’m doing day to day.

In this video, I’m going through everything inside my Eberlestock Bando Bag and why it earned a spot in my travel setup—from my Nitecore flashlight and power bank to compact EDC tools, charging gear, bug protection, snacks, wipes, and a few things that have already come in handy multiple times during this trip.

This isn’t about trying to recreate my normal concealed-carry setup without a firearm. It’s about adapting to the environment, respecting the laws of the country I’m visiting, and still being prepared for realistic everyday problems.

I tried the MagZip AR-15 magazine loader for the first time at the range to see how much easier it could make loading .223, 5.56 and 300 Blackout magazines. I was figuring the whole system out in real time—and about five minutes later, my staged mags were loaded and ready to go.

This isn’t just a little loader you throw on one magazine. The MagZip lets you prep multiple Zips, stage several magazines and build a loading workflow you can set up before you even get to the range.

In this video I’m unboxing it, putting everything together for the first time, trying it with a mix of fresh and older magazines, loading everything up and then putting those mags to use.

Is loading magazines the biggest problem in the world? Definitely not 😂. But if you shoot a lot of .223/5.56 or 300 Blackout, anything that makes the part between shooting easier starts making a whole lot more sense.

The other part I didn’t really appreciate until I had it in front of me is how much of a range-prep system this can become. The case itself gives you room for ammo, the Zips can be staged ahead of time, and once you’re set up you can move through multiple magazines without starting the process over from scratch every time.

By the end of my first range session with it, I already knew this was something I’d be bringing back out whenever my rifles come with me.

Today was one of the most meaningful days of my life.

After waiting years for this moment, I finally took my daughter to pick up her very first rifle—a Savage Rascal chambered in .22 LR. This isn’t just about buying a firearm; it’s about beginning a lifelong journey of responsibility, discipline, and safe firearm handling together.

In this video, we pick up the rifle from the shop, get first impressions, talk with the staff about why the Savage Rascal is such a popular first rifle for young shooters, and why we chose a single-shot .22 LR as the foundation for learning firearm safety.

This is the start of a new chapter in our mother-daughter journey, and I’m excited to share it with all of you.

I just got back from GunCon 2026, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations.

As a creator, I had the opportunity to meet fellow content creators, connect with brands I’ve worked with for years, and put faces to names behind countless emails, DMs, and phone calls. More importantly, I got to experience firsthand what the 2A community is actually like when you get everyone together in one place.

From the creator appreciation dinner to the main event itself, everything was organized, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Whether you were a creator, industry professional, or a member of the public attending the show, there was something for everyone.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was how approachable everyone was. From established creators with massive audiences to newer creators just getting started, nobody acted like they were above having a conversation. I had the chance to meet creators like Tactical Considerations, Short Shot Tony, Stay Ready Sis, TK King, Heavy Metal Lifestyle, Armchair Operator, GT Tactics, XTech Tactical, Double Tap Coalition, and many others.

I also had some great conversations with brands, including several new partnerships and collaborations that are already in the works.

A special shoutout goes to Buck Holsters. They surprised me with a custom Kourtni Shoots holster and quickly became one of the standout brands of the event. Their ability to accommodate unique firearm, optic, and weapon light combinations is something I’ll be covering in a future review once I’ve had more time with the holster.

Another shoutout goes to Double Tap Coalition. Every time I saw him, he was introducing creators to one another, making connections, and helping people network without expecting anything in return. That kind of community-building mindset is something I greatly appreciate and believe helps grow the entire industry.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend Range Day, but between the Creator Appreciation Dinner and the main event, I left with an overwhelmingly positive impression of GunCon and the people behind it.

I was recently called out by other creators to take part in the 3 Guns & Run challenge, and before listing anything, I wanted to explain my assumptions and framework — because “3 Guns & Run” can mean very different things depending on how you interpret it.

For me, this represents a time-constrained movement scenario where decision-making, mobility, and discretion are prioritized. This is not a perimeter-defense, hold-the-line, or long-term sustainment discussion.

I’m assuming a mixed / urban environment where maneuverability and the ability to move discreetly matter more than distance or barrier performance. Ideally, all three firearms can be carried on my person or in a low-profile bag, allowing movement and flexibility rather than static positioning.

With that framework in mind, this is the 3 Guns & Run loadout I landed on:

🔹 Glock 19 – My on-body, default handgun. Reliable, forgiving under stress, and easy for multiple shooters to run if needed.
🔹 Flux Defense Raider (P365) – A compact PDW-style platform that provides three points of contact and increased control in a very small footprint.
🔹 Smith & Wesson M&P FPC (suppressed) – A folding, low-profile PCC that offers shoulder-fired stability and reduced blast in environments where discretion matters.

Yes — all three are 9mm, and that’s intentional. Using a single caliber simplifies logistics and reduces carried weight, which aligns with a mobility-first mindset in time-constrained scenarios.

If my assumptions were different, this list would absolutely change. A true rifle caliber platform or a shotgun could make more sense depending on distance, barriers, or the need to remain stationary.

But for this interpretation — movement over sustained engagement — this is the setup I’m running with.
