In this video, I'm demonstrating a unique grappling drill where the goal is to handcuff my opponent, rather than focusing on traditional submissions like armbars, chokes, or leg locks. The objective is to control my opponent and secure their arms behind their back, simulating the motion of handcuffing. This is a great training game to play with a partner who also practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. However, it's important to have a solid understanding of ground control positions before incorporating this drill into your training.
