Overgrip is a common problem amongst newer and less experienced shooters. Typically, it’s an easy fix however it does take some time and well thought out training. In this video, we talk about overgrip, why it happens and how it affects you. I also introduce a conditioning technique that will help you alleviate overgrip over time. Lastly, I demo a drill that you can try out at the range to supplement your dryfire. Through this technique and drill, you can learn how to mitigate overgrip, how much grip pressure you need on your particular gun but also how to keep your shots centered with faster split times.
